The Fast extra virgin olive oil extraction system begins with the reception hopper. This equipment is responsible for receiving and storing fresh olives. Available in different volumes, on the floor and in a pit. The harvested fruits are deposited in the hopper and then sent to the conveyor belt, leaf eliminator, washing, crushing, extraction and polishing.
