Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a document that reflects the company's values and contains the main guidelines regarding the ethical behavior that we expect from members of Senior Management, employees (regardless of their role or hierarchical position), advisors, customers, suppliers and partners who interact with the company. It is everyone's responsibility to promote the dissemination and internalization of these principles in the organizational culture. We believe that these guidelines are essential for building valuable relationships and fulfilling our vision.

Who it applies to

This Code of Ethics applies to all people who act on behalf of or in partnership with Fast, in their professional relationships inside and outside the company with:

• Owners
• Members of Senior Management
• Collaborators
• Suppliers
• Members of the Board of Directors
• Associations and Unions
• Customers
• Community and Society

Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is made up of 03 (three) members, one representative of HR, one representative of the Board of Directors and one representative of the leaders.
The purpose of the Ethics Committee is to:

• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and company values.
• Identify situations that are contrary to the provisions of the Code of Ethics.
• Issue interpretation and/or guidance in cases of violation of the Code of Ethics and/or company standards.
• Deliberate on the application of disciplinary measures for people who violate the Code of Ethics and/or company rules.
• Suggest changes to the Code of Ethics, based on the company’s principles and values.
• Provide guidance on possible solutions to conflicts that are not
provided for in the Code of Ethics.
• The Ethics Committee will report to the company's Board of Directors, which has the authority
to make exceptions to the code when you see fit.

Reporting Channels

All situations that constitute a violation of this Code must be immediately reported by anyone who has knowledge of it. Any violations observed must be reported to the Ethics Committee, with or without identification, through the available channels:

• E-mail: etica@fastindustria.com.br
• Google Forms: via a link available in WhatsApp groups, emails from all employees and QR Code available on the company's bulletin boards.

As denúncias realizadas através dos canais citados acima, são recebidas
pelos membros do Comitê de Ética, formado por:


• Claudimir De Barba – Operations Director
• Edi Longo Farina – Owner


A empresa garante o sigilo da identidade das pessoas que comunicarem
ou que ajudarem a solucionar problemas relativos à conduta ética descrita neste
Código e não admite qualquer retaliação contra a pessoa que tenha feito a
denúncia.
Independentemente do canal a ser utilizado, todas as pessoas envolvidas,
tanto no recebimento como na avaliação da situação, têm o dever de manter o mais
absoluto sigilo das informações apuradas.
As situações de violação serão analisadas pelo Comitê de Ética. Se
necessário, serão aplicadas medidas disciplinares previstas nas políticas da empresa
e na legislação vigente.
Caso o colaborador que fez a denúncia queira receber um feedback das
tratativas, o mesmo deverá se identificar e registrar um meio para comunicação com
o Comitê de Ética.
