Fast polypropylene tanks are highly chemically resistant and have a low specific weight. They do not react with the vast majority of industrial chemicals and, as they have low water absorption, they have good dimensional stability.<\/p>\n

Manufactured with excellent mechanical resistance, they are constructed from polypropylene sheets with a thickness of 6 to 20 mm and UV protection, and are designed to withstand stress with the best cost-benefit.<\/p>\n

Tank with simple flocculant system<\/strong><\/p>\n

Designed for the preparation and dosing of chemical products, simple flocculant systems are used in effluent treatment. Assembled in the form of a single chamber, the tank is responsible for mixing the chemical product with water through a mechanical agitator driven by a gear motor with a specific rotation for the product to be homogenized.<\/span><\/div>\n

Tank with superimposed flocculant system<\/strong><\/p>\n

Designed for preparation, storage and dosing of <\/span>products<\/span><\/span> chemicals, the overlapping flocculant system is a low-cost alternative to automatic polymer preparers. Mounted in an overlapping manner, the upper tank is responsible for mixing the <\/span>product<\/span><\/span> through a mechanical agitator driven by a gear motor with a specific rotation for the <\/span>product<\/span><\/span> the <\/span>to be<\/span><\/span> homogenized<\/span><\/span>. After the mixing time, the fluid <\/span>and<\/span><\/span> directed<\/span><\/span> to the lower chamber of the tank through the <\/span>opening<\/span><\/span> from the <\/span>valve<\/span><\/span> from the <\/span>piping<\/span><\/span> of <\/span>pass over<\/span><\/span>.
