FAST Ind\u00fastria participated in an event specializing in palm oil in Latin America, PALMEX Latinoam\u00e9rica 2016, held in Colombia on November 30 and December 1. The conference brought together companies from all levels and presented the latest advances in the industry for the extraction of palm oil.
\nIn this context, FAST collaborator Carlos Fernand\u00e9z presented on the 1st the theme \u201cDynamic Clarification: efficiency, sustainability and profitability for the palm oil extraction process\u201d. The company was also present with a stand to display its products.
\nThe event aimed to strengthen a network of relationships and dissemination of information between organizations, promote visits to palm oil plantations and factories, and hold seminars on the use and application of extraction and production technologies for this oil.
\nColombia is currently the 4th largest producer of this olive oil, with a potential market for technology companies in the extraction and processing of the product.
