\u201cAt the Lean Workshop, I realized that we shouldn\u2019t be afraid of problems. We need to expose them and analyze them as opportunities for improvement. The workshop showed us several tools that can be applied in these situations, such as 5W2H, brainstorming, and the Fishbone Diagram. With this mindset, I can improve the sector\u2019s activities and avoid recurring mistakes.\u201d<\/p>\n
