The year 2021 marked another edition of the Young Apprentice Program. This year, 13 people were selected in different areas of activity, namely: marketing, finance, budgeting, research and development, machining, boilermaking, assembly, quality, PPC and warehouse.<\/p>\n

In partnership with SENAI in Capinzal, the young people took learning courses focused on the company's business, in addition to having practical activities at our headquarters. On Friday (10), it was time to end this cycle with a flourish.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I received the message saying that I had been selected for the Fast Young Apprentice Program, I had no idea how much learning I would experience. I started in the Quality Control department, which gave me experience and knowledge about various processes within the factory, as well as helping me develop many skills and self-knowledge. For me, Fast was a school environment, a family environment, a place of effort and support. I am very grateful to my managers and colleagues and, above all, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue being part of the company, now as an Environmental Management Assistant. \u201cBeing a young apprentice at Fast was a great experience. The knowledge I acquired here is incomparable. I had the chance to learn about the industry, the importance of each sector and how each person makes a difference in their work, from the administrative staff to the factory, making everything work together. When I started my apprenticeship in Marketing, I had no idea how comprehensive the area is, going far beyond social media, involving everything from employee engagement to visibility and proximity to the external public. As soon as I received the offer to stay at the company, I was immensely happy, because I know I will have many opportunities to collaborate and grow with it.
