International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8, but here at Fast, our actions around the date took place throughout the entire month. It all started on our social media, where we shared historical content about women's achievements, but the activities didn't stop there.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Our female team has been growing more and more. Today, there are more than 60 women in the company. Each one was given a gift accompanied by a lovingly written message.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Our employees attended a stand-up event with reflections on the role of women and we promoted actions with them on the projects that Fast manages.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In the same month, we launched the \u201cUnion among women\u201d project, which invited employees to donate women\u2019s items to be distributed to women in need. Accessories, clothes, shoes, bags and cosmetics were donated to the Women\u2019s Network for Fighting Cancer. Hygiene items, with the support of FarmaSesi in Joa\u00e7aba, were delivered to Abrigo Cialar, Hospital Nossa Senhora das Dores, Casa de Repouso Campo Belo and Rede Feminina.<\/p>\n
