On July 14, we held a training session with our Purchasing and Tax teams. The theme was \u201cTeamwork and Interpersonal Relationships,\u201d and it took place at the Business Association of Baixo Vale do Rio do Peixe (ACIRP) and was taught by our HR Supervisor, Queli Luana Kuhn.<\/p>\n
Naturally, work teams are made up of people with different profiles, skills and limitations. And for a team to achieve good results, it is important to respect these differences and work with cooperation, empathy and focus on the collective goal. <\/p>\n
The training addressed this through experiential activities, in which everyone was able to practice the concepts presented and relate them to their daily work routine.<\/p>\n
