And to ensure that the date didn&#039;t go by unnoticed, we carried out an activity that worked as follows: each person received a blank sheet of paper and a pen and the idea was to write down qualities and compliments from the perspective of their colleague, without them seeing, and then share them. It was a really cool dynamic that worked on the self-confidence of those involved. <\/p>\n<p>This year, 14 young people were selected in different areas of activity, namely: purchasing, machining, maintenance, quality management, quality, information technology, mechanical engineering, assembly, warehouse and PPC. In partnership with SENAI in Capinzal, they took learning courses focused on the company&#039;s business, in addition to having practical activities at our headquarters. <\/p>\n<p>See what they have to say about this experience as Fastians:<\/p>\n<p>Tha\u00edssa Proner \u2013 PPC: The Young Apprentice program came about through my ongoing search for knowledge and personal and professional development in view of my future goals. I was part of the PPC sector during the year and discovered new tools and their importance in the production process, adding learnings and concepts, such as the 5S program, Lean Manufacturing and the entire production planning and control area. The program exceeded my expectations and, with the opportunity to be hired at Fast, I hope to contribute to the company&#039;s growth. I would like to express my special thanks to my manager and all my teammates who contributed to my development and encouragement from the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Eduardo Baldissera Peri \u2013 Machining: Through the Young Apprentice program, I developed skills and improved my knowledge. The program brings young people closer to the job market, adding experience and knowledge to our background. I worked in the machining sector and was able to learn several different methods and techniques, I met new people and I was able to develop a perspective for the future in relation to my professional career. At the end of the contract, I had the opportunity to be hired as a permanent employee. I feel very happy and proud to be part of this great company and I will continue to dedicate myself to always doing my best.<\/p>\n<p>Isadora Colombo C\u00f4as \u2013 Quality: Being part of the apprenticeship program at Fast was an incredible experience. From the beginning, we were welcomed warmly by the entire company. I am grateful for the opportunity and the time dedicated to answering my questions and passing on the knowledge I now have. As this is my first time entering the job market, I feel fulfilled and very happy with my development and personal growth.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u00e3o Gabriel da Silva Maestri \u2013 Machining: In 2022, I had the honor of being a young apprentice at Fast. I participated in the machining sector, where I developed new skills and experience about production and also the importance of quality in each part of the process. The learning experience at Fast was excellent and, with the opportunity to stay at the company until the end of my contract, I hope to contribute even more. I would like to thank my manager and all the friends I made this year for having taught me so much.<\/p>\n<p>Fast congratulates and thanks all these young people for their performance throughout the year.
