Any violations observed must be reported to the Ethics Committee, with or without identification, through the available channels:<\/p><p>\u2022 Telephone: (49) 3555-7254 (Management and Management extension)<br \/>\u2022 E-mail: etica@fastindustria.com.br<br \/>\u2022 Google Forms: via a link available in WhatsApp groups, emails from all employees and QR Code available on the company&#039;s bulletin boards.<\/p><p>As den\u00fancias realizadas atrav\u00e9s dos canais citados acima, s\u00e3o recebidas <br \/>pelos membros do Comit\u00ea de \u00c9tica, formado por:<\/p><p><br \/>\u2022 Claudimir De Barba \u2013 Operations Director<br \/>\u2022 Edi Longo Farina \u2013 Owner<\/p><p><br \/>A empresa garante o sigilo da identidade das pessoas que comunicarem <br \/>ou que ajudarem a solucionar problemas relativos \u00e0 conduta \u00e9tica descrita neste <br \/>C\u00f3digo e n\u00e3o admite qualquer retalia\u00e7\u00e3o contra a pessoa que tenha feito a <br \/>den\u00fancia. <br \/>Independentemente do canal a ser utilizado, todas as pessoas envolvidas, <br \/>tanto no recebimento como na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, t\u00eam o dever de manter o mais <br \/>absoluto sigilo das informa\u00e7\u00f5es apuradas. <br \/>As situa\u00e7\u00f5es de viola\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o analisadas pelo Comit\u00ea de \u00c9tica.
