Equal Pay Report: Fast's Commitment to Transparency

Since the Equal Pay Law came into effect in 2023, companies with more than 100 employees must disclose their Pay Transparency Report.

Fast, which has been expanding its structure, with approximately 25,000m² of industrial park at the headquarters, has also been expanding its workforce on many fronts, generating equal opportunities, without ever discriminating.

By releasing data from the Equal Pay Report for Men and Women – 1st Semester of 2025, the company reaffirms its commitment and responsibility to the professional development of all people.

Fast's numbers are above the average for the industrial sector, where the pay gap between men and women can exceed 20% in average remuneration in some companies.

Furthermore, many organizations still face challenges in ensuring the presence of women in leadership positions or operational, factory positions, which is a reality at Fast.
