The Decanter Fast is the only fully automated machine on the national market. The equipment's PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manages the following machine parameters:

Feeding pump;
Motor and snail rotation;
Rotation ratio between the snail and the cylinder;
Equalization of the machine's production capacity with the total solids level of the product to be centrifuged from the main motor current, modulating the feed pump frequency inverter;
Automatic machine sanitization process;
The diagnosis indicates failures in the PLC;
Adequate rotation differential between the drum and the auger (conveyor screw) for the product to be processed;
